I have been on the hunt for new specs for... FOREVER!!
And... I have had my eyes on there CH3213 specs for a while... But AS ALWAYS I am so indecisive!
Here goes the story...
I wanted something that was a seasonal collection so that once they're gone, they're gone and no one else can get them (MWAHAHA!), but all the seasonal glasses don't suit me (my fault, because I have a really wide head) and I have been wearing rectangular frames for a few years and I wanted a change. Initially I wanted some Ray-Ban Wayfarer specs but... they're so common! I found some in that style by Chanel, but after a trip to the boutique, I found out that they were like past-past-past season or something like that. So I started whittling down all the other possibilities which lead me to the Chanel CH3213. I didn't like them at first, but the sales assistant was like "Omg this is so geek chic! Go for them!" well... she is a sales assistant so selling is her job(!) but her kind words started this little romance/tiff between me and these specs! When I was ready, I introduced them to my fashion friendlings and... it didn't help things as I kept on getting very extreme mixed reviews: some LOVE... some HATE...
So... What do we think about these?

"2012 is all about the color green," says Essie founder Essie Weingarten. "There’s something really special about it, so you’re going to see a lot of it." Unlike last season, where we saw tons of hunter hues, spring's iteration is pretty pistachio. Look for polishes that have creamy undertones and lots of opacity — you want the color to really stand out on your nails.
